1) Fry the tuna then set them aside.
2) In the same oil, lightly fry the onion until brown.
3) Add the water and allow to reduce.
4) Chop the biscuits and the pine nuts with a little water in a blender.
5) Add the mixture to the pan together with the tuna and pepper.
6) Cook for 5 minutes.
